Our Music Process
Our goal is to make the whole experience as easy as possible for you. You're already planning a wedding with tons of decisions to make, a lot of the times being thousands of miles away, so the last thing you need to do is get burnt out deciding on music. That's why were here to help make the process smooth and seamless creating the final playlists for you so you have an incredible and unforgettable night with your guests with the vibe on point. That way your guests go home and say that was the best wedding they've ever been to! After booking with us, you will receive our detailed music preference questionnaire along with a song recommendations guide for any program songs such as entrance songs, first dance, ohana dances, processional/recessional songs and more. Feel free to fill this out and then we'll schedule a music call to make sure the playlists are perfect for your wedding vision.

#1 Spotify & Apple Playlists
We ask couples all the time what they want to listen to. Some couples know exactly what they want and have been working on playlists (sometimes for years already) with their fiancé or music savvy friends. Apply and Spotify playlists are a great way to create playlists with the ability to add collaborators to help with more song ideas. This is the easiest way to start making playlists for your wedding. Once you have made a wedding playlist (or multiple for each stage: ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception), you are welcome to share the links with us on our music form and we'll enhance them with our own song recommendations to make sure the soundtrack matches your vibe perfectly and makes your special night unforgettable!
#2 Share Your Genres
Does making playlists sound like way too much work? Are you not entirely sure what songs or artists you would want. Well we have you covered and are here to help make sure you have perfect playlists either way! Just give us the genres you love and we'll take it from there! Shortly after booking you will receive our music preference questionnaire where you can check off your favorite genres for every part of the day as well as list any must play songs or artists. You can give us as much or as littler info as you're able and we'll go over your vision on a music call afterwards.
#3 Vibo: Playlist Building App
Looking for an app on your phone to make the process easy on the go where you can add in your fiancé or music savvy friends? Check out the Vibo App here. You can search any songs by artist, genre or decades as well as add in your own Spotify playlists. You're able to check off songs as must plays or DO NOT PLAY. You can break up your music into preceremony music, program music, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. Just let us know if you would like to use this app after booking and we'll send you a link!
