  2. Announcement services keeping your timeline running smoothly and seamlessly

  3. One of a kind custom personalized playlist made from scratch with only the music you want to hear!

  4. Aloha Event DJ Program Song Recommendations List, Helpful wedding tips, final music planning call and program song edits such as processional or first dance

  5. Up to six hours of your preferred music as well as MUST PLAY & DO NOT PLAY Lists, Two hours of additional setup time & one hour breakdown time

  6. Top of the line sound system for up to 200 guests (additional sound can be added for higher guestcounts), 

  7. White  “One of a Kind”  Light-up color changing DJ booth, high end dance lighting & two wireless microphones.  

  8. Industry standard liability insurance coverage and a certificate of insurance is available for your venue

  1. Ceremony Music - at same location as your reception using your preferred pre-recorded music as guests arrive as well as your processional and recessional songs

  2. Wireless Intelligent Uplighting - using your preferred colors or a natural light color illuminating your venue

  3. Spark Fountains - two cold sparkler fountains used during your grand entrance, first dance and family dances. (add two more fountains: $400) 

  4. Dancing on The Clouds - Low lying fog/cloud effect making your first dance look heavenly

  5. Photo Booth Services - Four Hours of photo booth services for up to 125 guests (+$300 added charge for additional labor and printing material)  *Oahu only*

Our services normally range from $2,499 to $3,999 depending on date, services, location and seasonality.

Pricing

Ceremony Sound & Music (same location)

- Ceremony music in another location of your reception venue using your preferred pre-recorded music as guests arrive as well as your processional and recessional songs 

- High end Bose sound system mounted on a stand with a white linen cover

- Completely battery powered and does not need access to power  (if needed)

- Wireless handheld mic or two clip-on mics for your officiant and vows

- Option: sound can be upgraded for very large guest counts

Aloha Event DJ Photo Booth

- up to 400 physical prints personalized with your names, date and venue 

Friendly photo booth attendant to assist guests

- Choose one of three backdrops: Raining Pineapples, Green Leafy Jungle or White

- Digital copies sent to you after your wedding

Booking Process:

We request a 50% deposit to reserve and confirm your date along with our completed service agreement form. Your final 50% payment will be due 28 days prior to your event date.
